How can I write a resume for somebody with no job experience?

My friend wants to get a part-time job and she wants me to help her with her resume. But she has no job experience and the closest thing she has to it is babysitting. Could I put that on her resume and if so, how would I put it? She babysat for her neighbors over the years, so would I put July 2006 – Present or something like that? She babysits for them every once in a while.

Yes, definitely list babysitting as 2066 – Present…
